Durability and Strength: Hard anodizing creates a surface that is twice as hard as stainless steel, making the cookware highly resistant to scratches, dents, and corrosion.

Even Heat Distribution: Hard anodized aluminum conducts heat quickly and evenly, reducing hotspots and ensuring consistent cooking results.

Non-reactive Surface: The anodized layer prevents aluminum from reacting with acidic or alkaline foods, making it safer for a variety of cooking styles.

Non-stick Properties: Many hard anodized cookers have a naturally non-stick surface, often enhanced with a coating, which requires less oil and makes cleaning easier.

Lightweight yet Sturdy: Despite their strength, hard anodized cookers are often lighter than cast iron, providing ease of handling without compromising durability.

Stylish Appearance: With a sleek, matte finish, hard anodized cookers bring a professional look to any kitchen.

Scratch and Chip Resistant: Unlike non-stick cookware, the anodized surface doesn’t chip easily, making it suitable for daily cooking with metal utensils.

Long-lasting Performance: These cookers can withstand high temperatures, making them compatible with various heat sources, including induction.

Product Description

The Martin Pressure Cooker is non-toxic, hygienic, healthy, and low-oil cooking because of its mirror polished exterior and matte interior finishes. It maintains its new appearance for years and does not pit or tarnish. It is not stick-free. It has a 4.06 mm extra-thick induction base that warms evenly, keeps flat always, and prevents food from burning or sticking. It operates via gas and induction.

Each top on a Martin Pressure Cooker fits within. Inherently safer than traditional cookers is this design. Martin pressure cooker is therefore pressure-locked for security, just like a plane’s door. Its better pressure regulation technology lowers the sprouting of frothy foods (like dal) and regulates pressure to a narrower, more effective range. It is also simpler to insert and remove.

To ensure that the steam is securely deflected downward when the safety valve functions, it is placed beneath the lid handle bar. The food-grade gasket lasts longer since it doesn’t rub when the product is opened and closed and is only minimally exposed to the steam within the cooker. Its handles are stay-cool. As it is a part of the metal handle itself, the fixed, robust pivot does not put pressure on the plastic handles. Handles last longer as a result. For optimum sealing and leak-free pressure cooking, the lid handle has been built with “play” or movement. On electric, gas, halogen, ceramic, and induction cooktops, it is advised to use.

  • Enhance your cooking experience with this ergonomically designed pressure cooker with inner lid. It is ideal to cook for 3 to 4 persons.
  • It is made from food-grade, virgin aluminium to ensure greater hygiene and durability.
  • Its stay-cool handles provide optimum comfort and protection from excessive heat while cooking.
  • Its specially formulated food-grade rubber increases product longevity, and does not react to food or impart colour, taste or odour to it.
  • It does not react with food.
  • It is compatible with both gas-stove and induction cooktops.
  • It features a precisely designed weight and an automatic safety valve. The former is set to regulate cooking steam pressure while the latter, when activated, deflects steam and food safely downwards.

Care and Instructions

  • This appliance cooks under pressure. Improper use may result in scalding injury. Make certain the unit is properly closed before operating. See “Operating Instructions.

  • Do not fill the unit over 2/3 full. When cooking foods that expand during cooking such as rice or dried vegetable, do not fill the unit over 1/2 full. Overfilling may cause a risk of clogging the vent tube (vent pipe) and developing excess pressure.

  • Do not open the pressure cooker until the unit has cooled and internal pressure has been reduced. If the handles of the body and lid are difficult to push apart, this indicates that the cooker is still pressurized. Do not use force to open the cooker. The pressure remaining in the cooker can be dangerous.

  • After the normal cooking pressure has been reached, reduce the heat to just above the sim position so that all the liquid inside the cooker which creates the steam, does not evaporate. Ensure the handles are tight. If found loose please tighten the same before use. For safe pressure cooking, cracked, broken, or charred handles should be replaced immediately.

  • It is recommended to replace with a genuine Mini Metallic safety plug (Fusible safety relief device) and gasket after one year of everyday use for safe cooking.

  • Do not dry heat the Pressure Cooker. It may lead to the fusing of the safety plug, bulging of the body base, and separation of the Induction base / Cladded base thereby damaging the Cooker. Do not put the pressure cooker inside the dishwasher for washing.
